Message from the CEO

Louise Fouché

Tiger Kloof is more than a school, it is a place of purpose, resilience, and hope. Since 1904, this institution has shaped generations of young people to rise above their circumstances and make a lasting impact in the world.

I am honoured to lead Tiger Kloof at this pivotal time in its history. My journey in education spans nearly three decades, and I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside learners, teachers, and communities in pursuit of meaningful change. Since joining Tiger Kloof in 2005, I’ve seen first-hand the power of education to transform not only individuals, but entire families and futures.

Our mission is clear: to provide every child with access to quality education, unlock their potential, and equip them to lead lives of significance. We do this by remaining rooted in our values, committed to excellence, and guided by the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive.

At Tiger Kloof, we don’t just educate, we empower. And together, we rise.

Head of Boarding

Ms Leonora Puseletso Baatlhodi

As Head of Boarding at Tiger Kloof, I have the privilege of creating a home away from home for our learners, a place where they are not only cared for, but truly known. My journey began in the classroom as a Mathematics teacher, and over the years I’ve served as a boarding parent and hostel manager, gaining deep insight into the needs of our students. Boarding at Tiger Kloof is more than accommodation, it’s a nurturing environment where young people grow in confidence, character, and independence.

We foster a strong sense of community, built on trust, discipline, and compassion. Learners form lifelong friendships, develop essential life skills, and thrive in a space that feels like family. Every day, I am committed to ensuring that our boarding programme supports their academic journey while also shaping them into resilient, responsible individuals. At Tiger Kloof, we don’t just provide a place to stay, we offer a place to belong, and a foundation for a meaningful future.

Round Square Representative

Gladys Daphne Visser

As the Round Square Representative at Tiger Kloof, I have the privilege of connecting our school to a global network of like-minded institutions committed to shaping young leaders. Through the six Round Square IDEALS: Internationalism, Democracy, Environmentalism, Adventure, Leadership, and Service, I help guide our learners in developing the values, skills, and global mindset needed to thrive in an ever-changing world. These principles are not just concepts; they are lived experiences that shape our students into thoughtful, courageous, and compassionate individuals.

My role involves coordinating student participation in local and international programmes, fostering partnerships with other member schools, and overseeing projects that reflect the spirit of Round Square. I work closely with staff and students to promote collaboration, encourage initiative, and ensure that Tiger Kloof’s contributions to the network are meaningful and impactful.

Current Board Members
