IMPORTANT : Please note that bookings made via this page, are not confirmed. The Institution will respond as soon as possible and send to you a quote via email. Payment arrangements will also be communicated to you via email. Proof of payment must be faxed (+27 53 928 7033) or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. The quote is only valid for 7 days (from date of quote sent to you). Also note that certain sections below are compulsory.
We have two conference venues. One venue can accommodate up to 60 people (seated) and the other up to 120 people (seated). We offer all the necessary equipment and arrangements can be made if additional (flipcharts, stationery, copying, etc.) services, material or equipment will be needed. Please list your requirements below under “other requirements”. You can also make use of our auditorium that can comfortably seat up 180 people.
Once we have received your request, confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you. We also have ample parking for all visitors. Catering can be arranged for groups of 10 or more people and your requirements should be stated under “other requirements” in the form below. A list of names of all the guests must also be emailed to the institution before the commencement of the conference.
